WH range of hot or cold air blowers offer a very fast and effective way of heating large open areas like workshops, factories, garages, shops or delivering heat in to specific zones.

The principle of operation for water to air heat exchanger.

Water is fed from heat source using pipes and delivered to coils within heat exchanger. Water can be from a boiler or solar water heating system, buffer tank or any other heat source that uses liquid as a form of energy transfer.

As the water flows through the exchanger, it releases heat to the air. This is done through very efficient heat exchanger surface fins.

A powerful, low power and quiet fan mounted at the back, moves the air across fins and the exchange of heat from water through fins and in to air takes place.

The air passing is doing so at speed, with front mounted adjustable ailerons directing the now heated air around the space.

The air flow ranges from 1000 to 4500 cubic meters per hour, depending on a model and fan speed.  

Units come equipped with hanging bracket and a thermostat controller which also has pre-selected fan speed settings.

Fans have effective range of 10-20 meters, adjustable fins allow direction of hot or cold air in to remote spaces.  For example a high ceiling open plan offices or a wide span warehouse installation can now get hot air heating in to areas that previously were not possible.

Principal purpose of our blowers is to provide heating in to large areas, but the air to water exchangers can just as well be used to provide cool air during hot summer months, where the fan is blowing air through cold water or is just set to move air around the room or a building.
