Returns.

Our returns policy is straight forward.

For smaller items.

Ordered incorrectly or changed your mind, please send items back for a refund.

Refunds are accepted within 14 days.

You the buyer is liable for return costs.

If outside of 14 days since receipt, moneys for postage and restocking fee of 12.5% will be deducted.

For boilers and larger items on a pallet.

Ordered incorrectly or changed your mind.

Refunds are accepted within 14 days.

For units that have been a special order, returns are not accepted.

For stocked items, returns are accepted, but there refund will have cost of pallet delivery there and back as well as 12.5% restocking fee deducted.

All returns are subject to acceptance.

Items we sell are not small, so they cost considerable amount to post, if you are unsure about the item suitability, please ask instead of buying first.

Our aim is to get you an item that is suitable item, even if it means a no sale.
