Shipping & Delivery

Due to size of boilers, delivery is on pallets.

We keep a lot of units in stock, this usually means that delivery is within 48-36 hours from receipt of payment. 

Someone from us will contact you to double check on suitability of the unit. 

Items we sell are heavy and get delivered on a pallet using tail lift truck unless agreed otherwise.

The delivery driver will deliver to front door using pallet truck, although if asked they were known to give hand little further.

Lorries delivering the goods are usually 11 meters long and require access of 3 meters wide and 4 meters in height. 

We will communicate with you through out letting you know when the item will arrive.

We will provide you with a picture of your item being ready for shipping, this is so that you can compare the condition of the goods when they arrive.

Any damage HAS TO BE NOTED to the driver at the time. We pay enhanced insurance premium so the goods gets to you safely, although accidents can happen the delivery docket has to be marked clearly to say there is damage and our office should also be notified. Once signed for and goods are discovered to be damaged later any claim can be denied.

Smaller items are delivered via courier such as Parcel Force or Royal Mail.

Returns are only accepted on items that are stocked and not custom, made to order goods.

Any refunds on returns are minus postage costs and handling fees.
